今天参加会的人员比较全,各部都来了。春节前不再开设备管理方面的会了,借此机会,首先给大家拜个年,拜早年又拜晚年;第二,要感谢大家1990年在设备管理方面做了大量工作,很有成就,1991年要再接再励。 下面,我讲三点意见。 第一点意见是“三个贯彻”:一是贯彻好七中全会精神;二是贯彻好中央领导同志对设备管理工作题词的精神。今天赠送给大家的《第三届全国设备管理优秀单位荟萃》,是多年来我们编辑出版的设备管理工作的第一本大型彩色图册,编得相当快也很好,是同志们支持和努力的结果。江总书记提出的要提高企业装备素质,我们认真贯彻落实;三是贯彻好《设备管理条例》。这件事已经抓了三年,还不够,还要进一步抓紧抓好,要继续抓紧全面贯彻落实。

General Secretary Jiang proposed to improve the quality of corporate equipment, we seriously implement; the third is to implement the “Regulations on Equipment Management.” This matter has been arrested for three years and it is still not enough. We must further step up efforts, and we must continue to pay close attention to fully implementing it.
