为探明水稻种子发芽率在贮存期间的变化规律,以“连粳7号”水稻种子的发芽率为指标,以含水量和贮存温度为考察因素,选用3×3析因试验设计、采用SPSS软件辅助数据分析进行了试验研究。结果表明,含水量为14.5%的水稻种子在25℃下贮存180 d后其发芽率仍可达89%,含水量为11.5%的水稻种子在5℃下贮存180 d后其发芽率仍可达96.6%,水稻种子发芽率随贮存时间的延长而逐渐下降,含水量和贮存温度为影响其变化的关键因素且二者存在显著的交互作用。
In order to explore the variation of germination rate of rice seeds during storage, the germination rate of rice seeds of “LianJing 7” was used as index, and the moisture content and storage temperature were taken as the investigation factors. The 3 × 3 factorial design was adopted, The SPSS software-assisted data analysis was used to conduct the experimental study. The results showed that the germination rate of rice seeds with water content of 14.5% after storage for 180 d at 25 ℃ could still reach 89%, and the rice seeds with water content of 11.5% could still reach germination rate after being stored at 5 ℃ for 180 d 96.6%. The germination rate of rice seeds decreased gradually with the prolongation of storage time. The water content and storage temperature were the key factors influencing the change of rice seeds, and there was a significant interaction between the two.
