根据方锥形件整形凹模的结构特点和它在整形工艺中的受力状态 ,运用有限元方法对其进行了分析和计算 ,得到了在整形时 ,凹模各部分的应力分布情况 ,从而可以确定其破坏的原因。并从提高模具强度和使用寿命的角度 ,提出了方锥形件整形凹模的合理设计方案。
According to the structural characteristics of square taper plastic die and its stress state during the plastic working process, the finite element method was used to analyze and calculate the stress distribution in each part of the die. You can determine the cause of the damage. And from the perspective of improving the strength and service life of the mold, a reasonable design scheme of square conical shaped plastic die is proposed.
