目的对我市2005-2007年报告的3起由致病性大肠埃希菌感染性腹泻爆发疫情进行流行病学分析,为该类疫情的预防控制提供依据。方法运用回顾性流行病学分析法对我市2005-2007年报告的3起由致病性大肠埃希菌感染性腹泻爆发疫情进行分析,相关资料录人计算机,用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果①2005-2007年共发生3起由致病性大肠埃希菌感染性腹泻爆发疫情,占细菌性食源性疾病总数的6.98%。②发生高峰季节是春、夏和秋季。③人群年龄、性别和职业无特异性。④潜伏期最短的6h,最长的6d;临床症状以腹痛、腹泻为主。⑤传播方式以粪-口途径、人-人接触,食物、水源传播为主。结论我市致病性大肠埃希菌感染性腹泻发病率水平较高,且卫生管理上存在监管未到位等薄弱环节;提示今后应加强监督管理,提高自身检验能力,同时要在高峰季节前做好预防该类疫情的关键控制点的健康教育工作。
Objective To analyze the epidemiology of three outbreaks of pathogenic Escherichia coli-causing infectious diarrhea in our city from 2005 to 2007, and provide the basis for the prevention and control of such outbreaks. Methods Retrospective epidemiological analysis was used to analyze the three outbreaks of pathogenic Escherichia coli-causing infectious diarrhea reported in our city from 2005 to 2007. The relevant data were recorded on a computer and statistically analyzed by Excel software. Results (1) A total of three outbreaks of pathogenic Escherichia coli-causing diarrhea occurred in 2005-2007, accounting for 6.98% of the total number of bacterial foodborne diseases. ② peak season occurs in spring, summer and autumn. ③ crowd age, gender and occupation is not specific. ④ the shortest incubation period of 6h, the longest 6d; clinical symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhea. ⑤ means of transmission to fecal - oral approach, human - human contact, food, water-based transmission. Conclusion The prevalence of pathogenic Escherichia coli-causing infectious diarrhea in our city is high, and there is weakness in health management, such as the lack of supervision. It is suggested that supervision and management should be strengthened in the future so as to improve the self-test ability and to do it before the peak season Good prevention of health education at key control points of such outbreaks.
