目的:利用膀胱尿道CT影像材料通过计算机采集分析信息并利用软件3dsMax构建男性膀胱尿道三维数学模型。方法:采集24例成人男性膀胱尿道CT影像图片。通过DICOM浏览器扫描CT图像膀胱壁及男性尿道及副性腺与周围组织结构密度,运用计算机3dsMax软件构建男性膀胱的三维数学模型。结果:使用3dsMax计算机技术构建的3D男性膀胱、尿道、前列腺模型具有全方位、全视觉的特点,能够任意对不同的剖面进行分割,是用于教学及科研较好的数学模型。结论:计算机绘制三维重建技术所构建的三维数学模型,能够进行男性膀胱尿道数字化。
OBJECTIVE: To collect and analyze the information by using computer tomography (CT) of bladder and urethra and to construct the three-dimensional mathematical model of male bladder and urethra using software 3dsMax. Methods: 24 adult male bladder and urethra CT images were collected. The density of the bladder wall, the male urethra, the para-gonads and the surrounding tissues were scanned by DICOM browser. The 3-D math model of male bladder was constructed by computer software 3ds Max. Results: 3D bladder, urethra and prostate models constructed by 3dsMax computer technology are omnidirectional and full-vision. They can be divided into different sections at random, which is a good mathematical model for teaching and research. Conclusion: The three-dimensional mathematical model built by computer-aided three-dimensional reconstruction technique can digitize bladder and urethra in men.
