在低压铸造过程中,金属液面压力的控制是保证铸件质量的重要前提。随着控制手段的进一步发展,设计出一种能够自反馈的充型信号发生器装置是非常必要的。本文结合低压铸造过程中液面加压的基本规律,利用压力传感器检测液面压力并反馈,结合PLC/PID控制,发出控制信号,实现液面压力信号的发生。这对于实际生产具有一定的经济效益。
In the low-pressure casting process, the control of metal surface pressure is to ensure the quality of the casting an important prerequisite. With the further development of control methods, it is necessary to design a charge-type signal generator device that can self-feedback. In this paper, the basic law of liquid surface pressure during the low pressure casting process is combined with the pressure sensor to detect the liquid surface pressure and feedback, combined with PLC / PID control, send out the control signal to realize the liquid level pressure signal.
