案例教学法是管理学最重要的教学方法,但目前在国内管理教育上,由于以灌输为主的传统教学方法以及教师应用案例教学的激励机制不健全等原因的影响,案例教学远非主流,其教学效果也并不令人满意。只有教师和学生同时注意角色的定位和转换,学校建立鼓励案例教学的有效激励机制,才能推行案例教学、提高案例教学效果。
