近几年来,我厂档案工作认真贯彻了国家《档案法》和《国营企业档案管理暂行规定》,建立了与企业相适应的档案管理机构和档案库房,加速了档案队伍建设,初步采用了现代化管理手段,促进了档案利用工作的深入开展,把档案潜在的经济效益变成了现实效益。特别是国家档案局关于《企业档案管理升级试行办法》下达之后,厂领导把档案工作纳入了企业现代化管理之中,使我厂的档案工作一举登上“国家二级企业档案管理”的台阶。
In recent years, the archives work of our factory has conscientiously implemented the National Archives Law and the Interim Provisions on the Administration of State-owned Enterprise Archives, and established archives management agencies and archives warehouses that are suitable for the enterprise, which has accelerated the construction of the archives team and has initially adopted modernization. Management measures have promoted the in-depth development of the use of archives and turned the potential economic benefits of archives into practical benefits. In particular, after the State Archives Bureau issued the “Trial Procedures for the Upgrade and Management of Enterprise Archives,” the factory leaders incorporated the archives work into the modernization management of the enterprise, which enabled our company’s archives work to climb to the level of the “National Secondary Enterprise Archives Management”.
