基于有限差分法(FDM),本文建立了一个新的压铸三维温度场数值模拟模型。它可以处理任意复杂的水冷却或油加热通道;另外,引用了“瞬态层”的概念,减少了计算量50%以上。
Based on finite difference method (FDM), a new numerical simulation model of die-casting three-dimensional temperature field is established. It can handle any complicated water-cooled or oil-heated channels; in addition, the notion of “transient layer” is used to reduce the amount of computation by more than 50%.
