校长的办学管校过程,无论行为属于自主或是不自主,均离不开教育理念支配,校长教育理念不单单支配校长的教育行为,甚至影响影响学校教育者行为,最终影响到受教育者学习行为。校长教育理念正确与否,理念的先进性,有无特色等也从某方面影响到学校的发展能否与时俱进。本文简单的阐述了校长的教育理念,并给予了几点校长科学治校方略。
School principals of the school management process, whether autonomous or involuntary behavior, are inseparable from the educational philosophy, principals of educational philosophy not only dominate the principal’s educational behavior, and even affect the behavior of school educators, and ultimately affect the education of learners behavior. The correctness of principals’ educational philosophy, the advanced nature of their ideas, their distinctive features and so on also affect whether the development of the school can progress with the times. This article briefly describes the principal’s educational philosophy, and gives a few Principals of science school strategy.
