2010年,国家实行机构改革,我市在原人事局与原劳动和社会保障局的基础上重新组建了人力资源和社会保障局(以下简称人社局)。组建后的人社局档案涉及面更广、内容更丰富,有公务员管理、职称评审、工资管理审批、人事调动、招工、劳动合同鉴定、劳动能力鉴定、劳动仲裁、技校、技师管理、职业资格证书、企业职工退休审批、医疗保险等涉及到劳动保障、民政、财政、税务、卫生等诸多部门,关系到千家万户和老百姓的切身利益。因此,做好人社局的档案管理工作是构建和谐社会的基石,是事关国计民生的头等大事,责任重大,意义深远。但由于组建时间不长,加上一些客观及历史原因,档案管理工作尚存在着一些问题亟待解决。

Therefore, to do a good job of archives management of people’s social clubs is the cornerstone of building a harmonious society and a top priority for matters relating to national economy and the people’s livelihood. It is of great responsibility and far-reaching significance. However, due to the short period of formation and some objective and historical reasons, there are still some problems in file management that need to be solved urgently.
