培养和造就一支能力强、素质高的档案干部队伍是保障档案事业又好又快发展的重要条件。而档案教育培训工作的指导思想是否清晰、目标与任务是否明确、措施是否有力,直接影响到档案人员素质的培养与能力的提高。因此,制定科学、合理的档案人员专业教育培训规划,并分步骤、有重点、有针对性地组织培训,是提高档案教育培训工作质量的关键。笔者结合全省交通系统档案人员状况和教育培训情况,对如何加强新时期档案人员专业教育培训工作进行探讨。
To train and create a contingent of cadres who are capable and qualified to file archives is an important condition for ensuring sound and rapid development of the archival cause. However, whether the guiding ideology of file education and training is clear, whether the goals and tasks are clear, and whether the measures are effective will directly affect the quality of archivists and the improvement of their abilities. Therefore, to formulate a scientific and reasonable professional education and training program for archivists and organize training in a step-by-step, focused and targeted manner is the key to improving the quality of archives education and training. The author combines the province’s transportation system file staff status and education and training, how to strengthen the archives professional education and training work in the new era.
