文书档案是指反映一个单位党务和行政管理等活动的档案,是该单位发展历史的客观记载。文书档案管理是一个单位档案管理的重要组成部分,可以作为衡量单位档案管理水平和工作效率、单位政务管理成效和规范化水平的重要标准。为了更好地提高文书档案的管理水平,笔者就如何进一步做好文书档案管理工作阐述一下自己的看法。一、目前文书档案管理中存在的问题1.传统的文书档案管理理念和管理方式依然存在。文书档案管理不是简单地将文书整理后建立档案目录,而是要将文书分类和归库以方便提取的管理过程。
Document archives refers to the archives that reflect the activities of party units and administration of a unit and is an objective record of the unit’s development history. Document file management is an important part of file management, which can be used as a measure of unit file management level and efficiency, the effectiveness of administrative units and the important standard of standardization. In order to better improve the management level of the paperwork, I will elaborate on my own views on how to further improve the management of paperwork archives. First, the current file management problems in document management 1 traditional document management concept and management methods still exist. Document file management is not simply to create a file directory after finishing the instrument, but to classify the documents and the library to facilitate the extraction of the management process.
