在信息化环境下,无论是电子政务的开展,还是城建档案信息化建设的推进,都要求城建档案管理机构重视城建档案信息服务绩效评估工作,通过绩效评估审视服务行为及其结果,提高服务的质量。一、城建档案信息服务绩效评估的内涵城建档案信息服务绩效评估是指对某单位、某地区、某时期的城建档案信息服务活动及其所取得的结果,从成绩、效益等方面进行全面、客观评估的过程。它包含4个要素:一是城建档案信息服务绩效评估主体,即城建档案信息服务机构自身。二是城建档案信息服务绩效评估对象,即城建档案信息服务行为及其结果。
