档案信息化安全体系具有整体性与系统性,不是简单的技术堆积,而且技术和管理的有机结合。档案管理人员必须以预防安全风险为主,综合管理、人员防范和技术防范相结合,分步骤地建立防控一体化的档案信息化安全体系。本文所论述的档案信息化安全体系针对的是档案馆普遍存在的安全风险现状,在综合考虑各种因素的基础上,提出了档案馆构建档案信息化安全体系的应用策略。在应用过程中,各级档案馆可以根据自身特征以及档案特色,适当加以调整,以便构建基于本档案馆实际情况的档案信息化安全体系。
File information security system with a holistic and systematic, not a simple accumulation of technology, but also the organic combination of technology and management. File management personnel must take the prevention of safety risks as the main, integrated management, personnel protection and technical prevention combined, step by step to establish a unified anti-file information security system. The file information security system discussed in this paper is aimed at the current situation of security risk in archives. Based on the comprehensive consideration of various factors, this paper puts forward the application strategy of archive information security system. In the application process, archives at all levels can be adjusted according to their own characteristics and characteristics of archives in order to build archives information security system based on the actual situation of archives.
