心阻抗血流图经微分后的一阶导数图具有灵敏度高、变异性小、较稳定的优点,它不仅可以测量心输出量,而且可根据波形特点及各测量指标协助心脏疾病的诊断,判断心脏状缩功能,观察病情演变,评定疗效及估计预后。本文观察了36例高血压患者心阻抗血流微分图的变化。
