目的探讨康莱特注射液(KLT)对肾癌细胞(GRC-1)Fas/Apo-1、FasL和PCNA基因表达的影响。材料和方法利用免疫细胞化学法分析KLT对肾癌细胞Fas/Apo-1、FasL和PCNA基因表达的影响。结果免疫细胞化学证明康莱特注射液组GRC-1细胞Fas/Apo-1基因表达标记指数(LI)为74.6%,而空白乳组为21.2%。空白乳组和0.2mg/ml康莱特组GRC-1细胞无FasL基因表达改变,康莱特组GRC-1细胞PCNA表达的LI为15.2%,空白乳组GRC-1细胞几乎无PCNA表达。结论康莱特注射液的抗肾癌细胞作用可能是通过上调Fas/Apo-1和PCNA基因表达,对FasL基因表达没有明显的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of KLT on gene expression of Fas / Apo-1, FasL and PCNA in renal cell carcinoma (GRC-1). Materials and Methods Immunocytochemistry was used to analyze the effect of KLT on the gene expression of Fas / Apo-1, FasL and PCNA in renal cell carcinoma. Results Immunocytochemistry showed that the marker index (LI) of Fas / Apo-1 gene expression in KLT-1 cells was 74.6% in Kangteite injection group and 21.2% in blank control group. The expression of FasL gene in GRC-1 cells in blank milk group and 0.2mg / ml KLT-treated group was 15.2%, and there was almost no PCNA expression in GRC-1 cells in blank milk group . Conclusion Kanglaite injection may have an effect on anti-renal cancer cells by up-regulating the expression of Fas / Apo-1 and PCNA, but has no obvious effect on FasL gene expression.
