本文研究了用于检查货车转向架铸件(侧架和摇枕)的声发射方法。使用该方法可以提高此类铸件在工作周期各个阶段技术状态评估的可靠性,并可降低这些零件的报废率。文章提出建议,应根据最具整体特性的缺陷声发射信号源的分析来确定铸件的损伤程度和寿命。
This paper studies acoustic emission methods used to inspect castings for truck bogies (sideframes and bolsters). Use this method to improve the reliability of the assessment of the technical status of such castings at all stages of the work cycle and to reduce the reject rates for these parts. The paper suggests that the degree of damage and life of the castings should be determined based on the analysis of the most general characteristics of the defective AE signal source.
