利用Deform-3D软件对自由锻展宽拔长进行了大量的有限元数值模拟,根据模拟结果对比分析了7个锻造展宽经验公式的准确性;同时将7个展宽公式与生产实际的下料直径进行比较验证。分析结果表明:数值模拟和生产实际下料直径与各经验公式的计算结果基本一致;公式1的计算结果与展宽拔长初始坯料最小直径最为接近,公式1最贴合生产实际;公式2的计算结果存在局限性且偏差较大;公式3、4、5的计算结果偏差较大;公式6、7的计算结果整体上偏差较小,但当宽高比在小范围内时其计算结果与模拟结果和生产实际比较接近。
A large number of finite element numerical simulations were carried out on the free-forging widening length by using Deform-3D software. The accuracy of the empirical formula of seven forging broadening was compared and analyzed according to the simulation results.
