一副黑框眼镜,瘦削的脸庞带着坚毅的表情,身材稍显瘦弱,步履却铿锵有力,儒雅中透着成熟与自信。他就是宁国水泥厂机动处处长程良庆。在工作中,程良庆勤奋钻研,不计较,肯投入,1991年进入宁国水泥厂后,从基层员工一步步成长。26年来,他每天与水泥设备打交道,用他的话来说,“从参加工作时就爱上了水泥窑”。为确保设备高效运转,降低能耗,他总是扑在现场,摸设备脾气,找运行规律,这也为他日后成功实施多项大型技改奠定了坚实的基础。
