针对带钢冷连轧机厚度控制这一纯滞后系统,常规监控AGC很难取得良好的控制性能,基于Smith预估控制器的监控AGC系统经预估补偿后可以使闭环系统特征方程中不含时滞项,从而获得更好的控制效果。基于调速调厚控制理念,建立监控AGC系统的控制模型,给出了输入量的获取方法和滤波处理方法,同时给出了速度修正量和解耦环节的计算模型。实际应用表明,该监控AGC系统稳定性好,控制精度高,实际出口厚度偏差可以控制在±0.5%以内。
It is very difficult to obtain good control performance for conventional tandem gauge control system because of the thickness control of tandem cold strip mill. The estimated AGC system based on Smith predictive controller can make the closed-loop system characteristic equation not include Hysteresis, so as to obtain better control effect. Based on the concept of speed governing and thickness control, a control model of AGC system is established. The methods of obtaining input and filtering are given, and the calculation models of speed correction and decoupling are given. The practical application shows that the monitoring AGC system has good stability and high control accuracy, and the deviation of the actual exit thickness can be controlled within ± 0.5%.
