一、归经问题对归经学说,医界有两种看法:一种认为它对临床用药有一定指导意义,主张继承;另一种则持否定态度。我们赞成前者。下面谈谈我们对这个问题的看法。(一) 归经学说的溯源:有人认为归经学说的创始者为金元时代的张洁古、李东垣等。我们认为,张、李诸氏只能说是归经学说的发扬者,而不是这一学说的创始者。从现有文献来看,远在汉代的张仲景就已深明分经用药的奥义,并付诸于实践。试以《伤寒论》为例:病在太阳则用麻黄、桂枝,在阳明则用大黄、石膏,在少阳则用柴胡、

Take the “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” as an example: In the sun, ephedra and cassia twig are used; in Yangming, rhubarb and gypsum are used; in Shaoyang, bupleurum is used.
