从BBO方程求解水力旋流器内颗粒与流体的相对运动是一项新的尝试。通过求解BBO方程,给出了描述水力旋流器内固体颗粒与流体介质相对运动的跟随性指标。结果表明,在忽略重力影响的前提下,颗粒在切向及轴向与流体具有相同的跟随特性;而由于离心力的存在,颗粒在径向的运动将明显有别于流体介质。根据跟随性指标η,φ的数学表达式,可以定量地考察诸如颗粒性质、流体特性、空间位置、湍流频率等因素对颗粒运动的影响。
Solving the relative motion of particles and fluid in a hydrocyclone from the BBO equation is a new attempt. By solving the BBO equation, the following index describing the relative motion of solid particles in the hydrocyclone and the fluid medium is given. The results show that the granule has the same following characteristics in the tangential direction and the axial direction under the premise of neglecting the influence of gravity. However, due to the centrifugal force, the radial movement of the particles will be distinct from the fluid medium. According to the following mathematical expressions of η and φ, we can quantitatively investigate the influence of particle’s properties, fluid properties, spatial position and turbulence frequency on particle motion.
