目的了解永宁县儿童体内微量元素含量水平。方法采用原子吸收光谱法检测永宁县3825例3~7岁儿童微量元素含量,并对结果进行分析。结果 3825例儿童全血微量元素检测结果中锌和铁缺乏率最高,分别为32.78%、29.30%,其次为钙缺乏为25.30%,铜和镁缺乏率较低,随着年龄的增长,锌的缺乏率有所反复,铁逐渐降低,钙逐渐升高。结论该项研究结果与国内其他研究一致,婴幼儿、少年儿童生长发育迅速,是一生中身心健康成长的重要时期,合理的补充微量元素将为其一生体力和智力发展打下良好的基础。
Objective To understand the content of trace elements in children in Yongning County. Methods The content of trace elements in 3825 children aged 3 to 7 years in Yongning County was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry, and the results were analyzed. Results The results of whole blood microelement detection in 3825 children showed the highest rates of zinc and iron deficiency (32.78%, 29.30% respectively), followed by calcium deficiency (25.30%) and low rates of copper and magnesium deficiency.
