针对井下巷道中风门开启困难的问题,对风门开启过程中所受到的阻力进行分析,找出快速开启风门的关键因素。同时利用杠杆原理设计出一种简单易用的普通风门快速开启装置,该装置可节省大约80%的力。在实际使用中取得了良好的效果。
In view of the difficult opening problem of the downhole tunnel, the resistance encountered in the process of opening the damper is analyzed to find out the key factors to rapidly open the damper. At the same time using the lever principle to design a simple and easy to use common throttle quick-opening device, the device can save about 80% of the force. In actual use has achieved good results.
