本文从大学中党的领导、行政管理与学术管理的现状出发,分析党的领导是核心,行政管理是关键,学术管理是重点,阐明了三者之间的相互联系;分别从利与弊的方面,分析了三者之间的相互影响;客观分析三者之间协调的现实性和必要性,探讨了促进三者之间协调的有效途径,进而得出大学中党的领导、行政管理与学术管理三者之间的关系,是相互联系、相互影响、相互协调的关系。本文全面探讨三者之间的关系,有利于搞好大学内部的管理,对于构建“党委领导、校长负责、专家治学”的大学管理体制,建立现代大学制度,创造一流大学有着积极的意义。
