从人类社会发展的历程看,当前世界正处于一个多文明冲突的过程中,文明冲突将使得作为文明支撑点的黄金资源成为文明冲突的一个新的焦点。在经济全球化浪潮中,作为区域经济中心国家间的文明冲突和金融竞争日益加剧,像野蛮和史前时代一样,今日战争的定义是掠夺财富。各文明集团均重视黄金作为财富的象征,黄金充当了至高无上的财富,因此一国拥有国际影响力的黄金定价权,将有助于提升国民经济综合竞争力。我国黄金市场的正式建立是以2002年10月上海黄金交易所成立为标志的,当前还处于发展的初级阶段。黄金市场在我国多层次市场体系中起着承接货币市场和商品市场纽带的重要作用,建设有国际竞争力和定价影响力的中国黄金市场对我国国民经济的持续发展十分有利。来自于不同文明集团的英国、美国、印度、日本等国的黄金市场在交易量上已经远远超过了我们,黄金市场该如何定位发展,如何在黄金定价权中占有一席之地实在是值得我们深入思考的问题。本文从文明冲突理论出发研究当前社会黄金市场,并在当前金融危机的冲突中重新审视黄金市场作用,先后从黄金的属性、工具、发展黄金市场的重要性等方面逐步演化推理出发展黄金市场和争夺全球定价权的途径,从宏观上把握我国黄金市场发展战略,从中观上提出黄金市场发展措施,从微观上给出市场主体操作建议,从而得出稳步推动我国在全球黄金市场取得定价权具有重要意义的结论。

The formal establishment of the gold market in our country was marked by the establishment of the Shanghai Gold Exchange in October 2002 and is still in the initial stage of development. The gold market plays an important role in China’s multi-level market system in undertaking the bond markets between the money market and commodity markets. The construction of the Chinese gold market with international competitiveness and pricing power is very favorable to the sustained development of our national economy. The gold market of Britain, the United States, India, Japan and other countries from different civilizations has far exceeded us in terms of trading volume. How the gold market should be positioned and how to position itself in the gold pricing power really deserves our deep consideration. The problem. This paper studies the current social gold market from the perspective of the theory of civil conflicts and reexamines the role of the gold market in the current financial crisis.
