最近,对板带材产品的精度和几何形状的要求提高,促使采用新的方法和装置来调节热,冷轧板带材的断面和板形。轧制板带材的变形一般表现为波浪形,翘曲及镰刀弯。矫正板形最有效的方法是,用强制弯曲工作辊或支承辊的方法,改变板宽方向的压下量。对于四辊轧机广泛应用三种液压弯辊系统;反向弯曲工作辊的PP系统(图1a);附加弯曲工作辊的OP系统(图1Б);反向弯曲支撑辊的OO系统(图1B)。采用PP系统(图1a)时,作用在工作辊辊至颈上的力Q使工作辊辊身产生的弯曲与轧制力P使工作辊辊身产生的弯曲方向相反;采用OP系统(图1Б)时,附加力Q产生
The recent increase in the precision and geometry of sheet and strip products has prompted the adoption of new methods and devices for adjusting the cross-section and sheet shape of hot and cold rolled sheet material. The deformation of rolled strip is generally manifested as wavy, warped and sickle bend. The most effective way to correct the shape of the plate is to change the width reduction of the plate by forcibly bending the work roll or the backup roll.
