巴彦县松干堤防亚行贷款防洪工程项目属国家统贷统还项目,工程主体目前已基本完工,工程的建设为沿江农业灌溉、防洪、畜牧业打下了坚实的基础。笔者就工程建设过程中出现的问题提出了自己的看法和解决办法。
Bayan County Sogou Embankment ADB Loan Flood Prevention Project belongs to the State Monetary Loan Project, and the main body of the project has been basically completed. The construction of the project has laid a solid foundation for agricultural irrigation, flood control and animal husbandry along the river. The author put forward his own views and solutions on the problems that arise in the process of project construction.
