众所周知,蜂蜜具有医疗作用。我们想提醒读者注意的是,它的微量元素成份。目前,医学上将注意力集中于蜂蜜对中老年疾病的防治上。1963年,世界卫生组织在基辅召开的世界老年学学术讨论会上,把年龄分为:中年组45～59岁;老年组60～74岁;更老年组75岁以上;长寿组90岁以上。
