  This paper describes the development of the needle-free injection with a micro-pulse jet.Needle-free injection can be used to reduce the risk of cross contamination and is an easy way to handle drug delivery without the professional skill.It utilizes a high-speed stream to penetrate the skin or the tissues without the needle.The novel needle-free injection system consisted of a micro-injector, a solenoid valve, an electron-control system and a high pressure liquid supply system as shown in Fig.1.The injection system provides a pulse stream with precision control of mass flow rate.
