原发性网视膜脱离是眼科临床上一种常见的疾病,目前治疗仍以手术为主。。我科自1976年以来,用同种异体巩膜材料治疗视网膜脱离共32例,其中巩膜內充填19例、巩膜外加压6例、环扎7例,疗效较为满意现报告如下: 材料来源1982年以前我们所选用的材料是科内保存的经过95%酒精处理过的异体巩膜材料。1982年以后我们在干燥板层角巩膜植片制备保存的基础上又开始对医用干燥异体巩膜材料的制备保存工作,把保存的材料经科学测试,各项指标均合于医用要求。从此我们就开始为视网膜脱离手术提供了长7.5cm,宽4mm标准化,规格化的新材料,为视网膜脱离手术创造了方便的条件。
