根据偏心轮带式制动器的结构特点,首次深入地分析了制动过程中制动力矩和制动摩擦功的表达式;并且对曲柄连杆滑块机构在运动过程中所具有的能量及其转换情况进行了深入的分析研究,由此得到离合器脱开后从动系统所具有的能量及制动器所吸收能量的表达式;建立了制动弹簧设计的准确实用的计算公式。最后,建立了曲柄连杆滑块机构重力产生的惯性力矩MI的计算公式。这些都对偏心轮带式制动器的正确设计、使用和维修奠定了基础。
