目的 :建立一种同时测定四季青中 5种酚酸类成分的含量测定方法。方法 :采用 5 μm的HypersilBDS C18( 2 5 0mm× 4mm)色谱柱 ;流动相为乙腈 水 (加入适量 85 %甲酸 ) ;流速 1 0ml/min ;柱温 2 0℃ ;采用梯度洗脱方法使 5种酚酸类成分达到完全分离 ;DAD检测器记录 2 6 0nm和 330nm处的色谱峰信号。结果 :5种酚酸类成分达到完全分离 ,该测定方法精密度与重复性较好 ,样品在 4 8h内有较好的稳定性 ,加样回收率均在 95 %~ 10 5 %之间。结论 :首次建立了同时测定四季青中 5种酚酸类成分的含量测定方法 ,可以用于同时测定四季青中的 5种酚酸类成分的含量。
Objective : To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of five phenolic acids in holly. Methods: A 5 μm Hypersil BDS C18 (250 mm × 4 mm) column was used; the mobile phase was acetonitrile water (added with an appropriate amount of 85% formic acid); the flow rate was 10 ml/min; the column temperature was 20°C; gradient elution method was used to make 5 The phenolic acids were completely separated; the DAD detector recorded the peak signals at 260 nm and 330 nm. Results: The five phenolic acids were completely separated. The precision and repeatability of the method were good. The samples had good stability within 48 hours. The recoveries were between 95% and 105%. Conclusion: A method for the simultaneous determination of five phenolic acids in sibutol was established for the first time. It can be used to simultaneously determine the contents of five phenolic acids in holly green.
