Classic Cases In Hotel M&A In Recent Years
国际并购
2016年6月，万豪国际集团宣布130亿美元收购喜达屋酒店及度假酒店国际集团，成为了全球最大的酒店集团。
2016年7月，法国雅高酒店集团以27亿美元收购FRHI酒店集团及其三个奢华酒店品牌：费尔蒙，莱佛士和瑞士酒店，大步踏进北美市场。
国内集团海外并购
保险金融业
2015年3月，安邦保险集团以65亿美元购入了奢侈酒店Strategic Hotels &Resorts，经营包括华盛顿州四季酒店在内的16家奢侈酒店。
中国人寿保险股份有限公司投资收购喜达屋位于美国的精选服务酒店，总价值20亿美元（约140亿人民币）。
易上集团以5250万美元（约3.6亿人民币）成功收购了洛杉矶国际机场假日酒店。
酒店业—锦江集团
2013年4月25日，锦江股份以7.1亿元收购了时尚之旅酒店， 并将其旗下“时尚旅”酒店翻牌为锦江都城酒店。
2013年9月份，锦江都城斥资7，000万元人民币收购城市客栈公司100%股权。
2015年初，锦江收购了亏损中的法国卢浮集团100%的股权。
锦江国际增持法国雅高酒店集团的股票，持股6.03%的股份，成为雅高集团第一大股东。
2015年7月，锦江股份以现金约82.69亿元收购铂涛集团81%股权并成为其控股股东。
2015年8月，锦江国际以2.898亿美元收购维也纳酒店集团及其关联餐饮业务80%的股权。

2016年，首旅集团以110亿元购入如家酒店集团100%的股权。如家酒店集团成为首旅酒店的全资子公司。

2015年2月，海航以28億元人民币的价格收购安缦连锁酒店集团；
2015年6月收购了美国红狮酒店集团15%的股份，扩张其在北美的市场。
2016年4月，海航以40亿美元全资收购了卡尔森酒店集团。此外，其还参股了南非Tsogo Sun酒店集团。
2016年10月24日，海航以总计65亿美元的价格收购希尔顿约25%的股权。
其它
浙江开元旅业旗下香港主板上市的开元产业信托宣布以总价2.15亿人民币的价格收购位于荷兰埃因霍温市的假日酒店。

In July 2016， the French Accor Hotel Group's acquisition FRHI with $2.7 billion， and its three luxury hotel brands： Fairmont， Raffles and Swiss hotel striding into the market of the North American.

In March 2015， Anbang Insurance Group bought the luxury hotel Strategic Hotels & Resorts which managed 16 luxury Hotels including Four Seasons Washington in $6.5 billion.
China Life Insurance Co.， LTD investment purchase Starwood Select Service Hotel which located in the United States， worth $2 billion.
Yishang Group successfully acquired the Holiday Inn Los Angeles International Airport in $52.5 million （360 million yuan）.
The Hotel Industry Jinjiang Group
On April 25th， 2013， Jinjiang Group bought Fashion Tour Hotel in 710 million yuan， and renamed its Fashion Journey into Jinjiang City Hotel.
In September 2013， Jinjiang City Hotel spent 70 million yuan to buy the 100% stake of City Inn.
In early 2015， Jinjiang Group bought 100% stake of LHG which was in loss.
Jinjiang International Group increase its stake in the French Accor Hotel Group shares， holding 6.03% of the company， be the first large shareholder of the Accor Hotel Group. In July 2015， Jinjiang Stake purchase 81% stake of PHG in about 8.269 billion yuan and became its controlling shareholder.
In August 2015， Jinjiang International Group bought 80% stake in Vienna Hotel Group and its associated catering business by using $289.8 million.
The Hotel Industry Beijing Capital Tourism Group
In 2016， Beijing Capital Tourism Group buy 100% stake of Home Inns in 11 billion yuan. Home Inns become a wholly owned subsidiary of Beijing Capital Tourism Group.

In February 2015， HNA bought Aman Resorts by 2.8 billion yuan.
In June 2015， HNA acquired a 15% stake in the Red Lion Hotel Group in the United States， to expand its market in North America.
In April 2016， HNA Group wholly acquired Carlson Hotels Worldwide for $4 billion， and also Tsogo Sun Hotel Group in South Africa.
On October 24th， 2016，HNA Group acquired about 25% equity of Hilton by used the price of a total of $6.5 billion.

Kaiyuan Industry which was listed in HK under the brand of Zhejiang Kaiyuan Tourism， announced to a total 215 million yuan trust to buy the Holiday Inn in Eindhoven， Netherlands.
