[目的]了解母牛分枝杆菌菌苗(微卡)接种后副反应发生情况。[方法]采用实验流行病学研究中的随机区组对照试验。[结果]微卡、乙肝疫苗接种副反应发生率分别为2.15%、1.62%;发热发生率分别为1.11%,0.92%;局部红肿和硬结反应发生率分别为0.95%,0.62%;经统计学检验,两组间未发现显著性差异。未发现其他严重不良反应。[结论]微卡菌苗在群体接种中副反应发生率低、安全性好。
[Objective] To understand the incidence of side effects after inoculation of Mycobacterium vaccae vaccine. [Methods] Randomized block controlled trials in experimental epidemiological studies were used. [Results] The incidence rates of side effects of micro-card and hepatitis B vaccination were 2.15% and 1.62% respectively. The incidences of fever were 1.11% and 0.92% respectively. The incidences of local redness and induration were 0.95% and 0.62% respectively. Test, no significant difference was found between the two groups. No other serious adverse reactions were found. [Conclusion] The incidence of side effects of Mika vaccine in group vaccination is low and its safety is good.
