本文对平湖县1275例城镇儿童,进行了被动吸烟对其健康发育影响的调查。10~12岁儿童中被动吸烟的发生率高达66.51%。被动吸烟对儿童心肺功能的影响显著,被动吸烟儿童的肺活量均值为1562mL,未被动吸烟儿童的肺活量均值为1733mL,两者有高度显著性差异(P<0.01);被动吸烟对肺活量指数也有影响,未被动吸烟儿童的肺活量指数均值为17.27,被动吸烟儿童肺活量指数均值为16.35,从二者分布的动态趋势比较,也有显著性差异。对其身高发育及其充实度也有较明显的影响。
In this paper, Pinghu County, 1275 urban children, conducted a survey of the impact of passive smoking on their health. The incidence of passive smoking in children aged 10 to 12 was as high as 66.51%. Passive smoking has a significant effect on children’s cardiopulmonary function. Passive smoking children have a mean vital capacity of 1562mL, passive smoking children’s mean value of vital capacity is 1733mL, there is highly significant difference (P <0.01); passive smoking also affects vital capacity index, The mean value of vital capacity of children who did not passively smoke was 17.27, and the mean value of vital capacity of children who were passive smoking was 16.35. There was also a significant difference between the two groups in the dynamic trend. Its height and its degree of enrichment also have a more significant impact.
