变应性亚败血症(allergical subsepsis),系一种累及全身的临床综合征,主要表现为长期发热、伴有皮疹及关节酸痛,白细胞增多,血培养阴性。此病较多见于儿童,成人罕见。自1965年至现在国内仅有少数病例报告,国外Bgwatets报告14例成人病例,大多数大于20岁,其中7例大于30岁,男女发病无显著差别。我院自1966年至1980年,14年来成人仅发现二例,现报告如下。 例一:病历号:177815。杨××,男,18岁,下乡知识青年。因持续高烧一个月,于1980年1月26日入院。入院一个月前无明显诱因突然发冷发烧,体温达39度以上,以下午为著,伴有咽痛,头
