目前我国高校大学英语课教师资源匮乏是高校提高教学质量、进行学科建设所面临的主要问题之一。本文针对这一问题,从实现教师资源共享的必要性、可行性和共享途径三个方面分析了如何在高校中实现大学英语课教师资源的共享,进而有效提高普通高校大学英语课教师的知识水平和教学水平,以期促进我国高校大学英语课的教学质量。
At present, the lack of university English teacher resources in colleges and universities is one of the major problems faced by colleges and universities in improving teaching quality and carrying out disciplinary construction. In view of this problem, this article analyzes how to realize the sharing of college English teachers ’resources in colleges and universities from the three aspects of the necessity, feasibility and sharing ways of sharing teachers’ resources, so as to effectively improve the knowledge level of college English teachers And teaching level, with a view to promoting the quality of college English teaching in colleges and universities.
