目前,我国各高职院校大力推行工学结合的培养模式。在此模式下,高职院校大学生实施自主管理,充分发挥个性和才能,给学校管理和实习基地带来新的生机和活力。本文以广西农业职业技术学院为例,探讨工学结合教学模式下大学生自主管理状况,分析存在的问题,提出解决问题的对策。
At present, all vocational colleges in our country vigorously promote the training mode of combining work with learning. Under this mode, college students in higher vocational colleges carry out self-management and bring their personality and talents into full play, bringing new vigor and vitality to the base of school management and practice. This article takes Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College as an example to discuss the status of self-management of undergraduates under the mode of teaching in science and technology, to analyze existing problems and to put forward solutions to the problems.
