一、概述目前我局所用的调度电话监录设备均为磁带式的机械录音机,它不仅存贮时间短、维修量大,而且也存在着安全可靠性较低的问题。在科学技术高度发展的今天,这种机械式的磁带录音机显得相当落后,在某种意义上也阻碍了铁路的发展。为了改变这种状况,郑州铁路局郑州科研所、局电务处、局运输处商定,共同开发研制一种全新的、能更新换代的全自动数字式调度电话监录设备,以满足铁路运输生产发展之需要。为此,郑州铁路局郑州科研所于1993年向郑州铁路局科委申报
