陕西省铁道学会牵引动力专业委员会’97年会于1997年12月4月在西安召开。出席会议的有安康铁路分局、西安铁路分局、西安设计院、西安计量所、西安科研所及省铁道学会的代表共18人。会议由西安科研所副所长田国生主持。与会代表经过充分酝酿讨论,选举了以田国生为主任委员,周钢、钱植之、王绥一为副主任委员及张书林等20名委员组成的新一届牵引动力专业委员会。会议还就1998年的学术活动工作进行了安排。省铁道学会名誉理事长酆长春在会上作了重要讲话,勉励新一届专业委员积极发挥铁道学会的作用,为铁路的高速、重载和提效作出新的贡献。
Shaanxi Provincial Railway Society Traction Power Professional Committee ’97 annual meeting in December 1997 held in Xi’an in April. A total of 18 people attended the meeting including Ankang Railway Branch, Xi’an Railway Branch, Xi’an Design Institute, Xi’an Metrology Institute, Xi’an Scientific Research Institute and Shaanxi Provincial Railway Institute. The meeting was presided over by Tian Guosheng, deputy director of Xi’an Research Institute. After full deliberation and deliberation, the participants elected a new session of the Traction Power Professional Committee composed of 20 members including Tian Guosheng as the chairman, Zhou Gang, Qian Zhi-zhi, Wang Sui-i as the deputy chairman and Zhang Shulin. The meeting also arranged for the 1998 academic activities. Changchun, Honorary Chairman of Provincial Railway Society, made an important speech at the meeting and encouraged the new professional committee members to actively play the role of the Institute of Railways and make new contributions to the high speed, heavy load and efficiency of the railway.
