一、JH抽匣检修测试台研制的起因: TVM300设备是从法国引进的超防机车信号设备。该设备主要由法国CESS公司的信息处理系统、FALVELEY公司的速度监控系统,德国DEUTA公司的运行记忆系统以及我国设计生产的结合电路组成,即主要由ICAC、ICBC、IPTRC、ATEC160、MA10、JH六个组合抽匣组成。以上各系统的有机结合,构成了TVM300机车信号系统的核心。上述引进设备的抽闸,均已有配套引进的检修测试台,而国产的JH抽匣,却一直没有与之相适应的检修测试台。从而使
