为了提高我省绿化水平,加快紫色岩、钙质岩、石灰岩等“三难地”绿化步伐,1999年,省委、省政府批准启动了“三难地”绿化攻坚工程。4年多来,全省人民发扬艰苦奋斗、顽强拼搏的精神,积极投身于“三难地”绿化攻坚事业,取得丰硕成果,涌现出了一大批先进集体和先进个人。为了表彰先进,促进我省林业跨越式发展,省人民政府决定:授予永州市林业局等10个单位“全省‘三难地’绿化攻坚先进集体”称号,授予李育洪等5名同志“全省‘三难地’绿化攻坚先进工作者”称号(享受省级先进工作者待遇),给予唐春元等10名同志记一等功奖励。希望受到表彰的先进集体和先进个人,珍惜荣誉,戒骄戒躁,在各自的岗位上争取更大的成绩。
In order to improve the level of afforestation in our province and accelerate the pace of greening such as purple rock, calcareous rock and limestone, in 1999, the provincial party committee and government approved the launch of the “Three Difficulties” afforestation project. In the past 4 years or more, the people of the whole province have been carrying forward the spirit of hard work and perseverance and hard work. They have actively engaged themselves in the undertaking of the “three difficulties” afforestation and have achieved fruitful results. A large number of advanced collectives and advanced individuals have emerged.
