一九九五年四月四日川府发[1995]65号省政府同意省林业厅《关于加快全面绿化发展林业产业的报告》,现转发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。植树造林,绿化祖国,是我国的一项基本国策。推进全面绿化,加快发展林业产业,是开发山区、致富农村、实现小康的重要途径。各地要大力宣传,提高广大干部、群众对林业重要地位和作用的认识.形成全社会办林业、全民办林业的局面。各级政府要把发展林业摆上重要议事日程,认真落实各项扶持林业发展的政策措施,加强领导,强化管理,搞好开发,确保我省林业持续、快速、健康发展,为改善环境、促进经济建设、实现农业增产增收发挥更大效益。
April 4, 1995 Sichuan Province Government [1995] No. 65 Provincial Government Consented to Provincial Department of Forestry “Report on Accelerating the Comprehensive Afforestation and Development of Forestry Industry” is hereby forwarded to you, and please conscientiously implement it. Reforestation, greening the motherland is a basic national policy of our country. Promoting a comprehensive afforestation and accelerating the development of forestry industry is an important way to develop the mountainous areas, enrich the rural areas and realize a well-to-do society. All localities should vigorously publicize and raise the awareness of the vast numbers of cadres and masses on the important status and role of forestry, and form a situation in which the whole society runs forestry and runs a private-owned forestry. Governments at all levels should place forestry development on an important agenda, conscientiously implement all policies and measures to support the development of forestry, strengthen leadership, strengthen management and do a good job in development so as to ensure the sustained, rapid and healthy development of forestry in our province and to improve the environment and promote Economic development, to achieve greater efficiency of agricultural production increase.
