China Metallurgical Society of Metallurgical Equipment Academic Committee and the Shanghai Metals Society of Metallurgical Equipment Academic Committee jointly held the “National Conference on the technical transformation of small and medium-sized mill” in April 1984 April to 17 Yueqing County in Zhejiang Province held.
