摘自《冶金能源》,3(1984),№.1,许鸿发的同名文章。能源问题是我国钢铁工业发展所面临的问题。到本世纪末,要在不大量增加能源的前提下使钢产量翻一番,吨钢综合能耗必须比1980年下降31%以下。 1978年以来,一些行之有效的节能技术开始得到了应用与推广,并取得了显著效果。但我国钢铁工业能源利用水平还很落后,必须加强节能的科研工作,以提供更新、更有效的节能技术。文章对今后17年钢铁工业节能科研工作的主攻方向提出初步规划设想。
Excerpt from “metallurgical energy”, 3 (1984), № 1, Xu Hongfa eponymous article. The energy problem is the development of China’s steel industry is facing the problem. By the end of this century, it is necessary to double the amount of steel output without any substantial increase in energy consumption, and the overall energy consumption per ton of steel must drop below 31% over 1980. Since 1978, some effective energy-saving technologies have begun to be applied and promoted with remarkable results. However, the level of energy utilization in China’s steel industry is still lagging behind. Scientific research on energy conservation must be strengthened to provide newer and more efficient energy-saving technologies. The paper puts forward the preliminary plan and plan for the main direction of energy saving scientific research in the iron and steel industry in the next 17 years.
