韶关发电厂10号炉发生了2起高温过热器爆管,其原因是超温爆管。经检查,发现管内有1个直径比管子内径稍小、厚度约5mm、可在管内转动的圆柱形金属堵头,卡在联箱短管安装焊缝上面,致使高温过热器管内流通蒸汽量减少,管壁冷却不足,长期超温运行,最终发生过热爆管。堵头来历是制造时掉入,又未能取出,安装时也未能发现、取出,最终导致锅炉高温过热器爆管。
