上市公司的财务危机问题已经成为影响我国资本市场健康持续发展的关键性问题之一,但理论界大部分关于财务危机成因的认识过于表象化。本文力求从本质上对其解析,并将财务危机的成因从制度和实际操作的角度进行具体分析,以求直面财务危机从而解决危机。
The financial crisis of listed companies has become one of the key issues affecting the healthy and sustainable development of China’s capital market. However, most of the theoretical circles have noticed too much about the causes of the financial crisis. This article seeks to analyze it in essence and analyzes the causes of the financial crisis concretely from the perspectives of the system and the actual operation so as to face the financial crisis and solve the crisis directly.
