目的:观察采用而至富士Ⅸ玻璃离子用于窝沟封闭剂预防窝沟龋的临床效果。方法:对2011年6~9岁儿童每人选取同侧或对侧上下两侧已萌出的第一磨牙463颗,采用而至富士Ⅸ玻璃离子用于窝沟封闭作为观察组,同时选取对侧同名牙作空白对照,分别于封闭后1、2、3年复查,检查窝沟封闭和患龋情况。结果:发现而至富士Ⅸ玻璃离子3年保留率分别为94.49%、92.92%、76.05%,患龋率低于对照组。结论:而至富士Ⅸ玻璃离子可以作为一种可靠、操作简便的窝沟封闭剂,值得广泛应用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of fissure sealant used to prevent fissure caries by using Fuji Ⅸ glass ion. Methods: 463 first molars were erected on the ipsilateral or contralateral side from 6 to 9 years old in 2011. Fuji Ⅸ glass ions were used for pit and fissure occlusion as the observation group, while the contralateral The same name for dental control, respectively, after the closure of 1, 2, 3 years of review, check the pit and fissure closed caries situation. Results: The 3-year retention rates of Fuji Ⅸ glass ions were found to be 94.49%, 92.92% and 76.05%, respectively. The caries prevalence rate was lower than that of the control group.
